Derek wants to draw so badly!  He is always stealing our pens and a piece of random paper, and then he proceeds to go through the motions of attempting to draw. 

Well, because he is much too young for markers, and he still likes to eat normal crayons, I decided to try and let him use the cool twistable crayons we got from Grandma Valerie.  I set him up with a big piece of freezer paper taped to the table, and let him have at it.  Well, you can see from the pictures about how long that lasted.  I tried.

Since he was done with the paper, Lily grabbed it and she had a blast, that is until Derek crawled up on her chair and decided to join her.  He he!  Isn't that what little brothers are for?  Hey, and maybe someday Derek will actually have the ability to sit still long enough to get to draw.
