Arthur has been busier than ever, especially with all the final dress rehearsals for his play, but although he is tired, he is loving life. On Tuesday, he had a special performance of his choir, along with the other boys’ choir, at the Veteran’s Day assembly at Bush Middle School. I loved being there to see him, especially since I missed it last year since I was working.

They did a fabulous job, and it was awesome to be there with Kevin and my sister, Holly, who was visiting. Another awesome thing, was that not only did I get to see Tayvia, a friend of ours, perform with the orchestra, but her dad, our bishop, was the key-note speaker. He did a fabulous job, and we absolutely him and his family, so it was extra special that we got to be there.

Another big thing for Arthur this week, was that he had his performances of “The Little Mermaid Jr.” Opening night was on Monday, and Lily and Derek went to see him. They told us that he was amazing, but until the following night, I had no idea how right they were.

On Tuesday night, Kevin, Holly and I went to see the play, and not only did he have a bunch of speaking lines, but he had a huge solo in the opening number of “Fathoms Below.” He was spectacular and we were so very proud of him!!

It was so great to see all of his hard work pay off and to see him shine. He really is amazing! (And I got to say hi to and give hugs to some of my old students, which was awesome.)

Arthur also really loved having his Aunt Holly there to watch him. What a special blessing.

It was a great show, but I think we are now all a little more than relieved to not be in the middle of rehearsal schedule. Good times đŸ˜‰.
