One of my big projects I am working on while Kevin is gone, is to get
Arthur's room ready.  I have already cleaned out all the craft
supplies, etc.  Next, I repaired the bookcases that were in there and
moved them to a different wall.  And the biggest thing I have done so
far, is to paint a wall in his room.

I
picked a beautiful shade of arange that matches the baby quilt his
Grandma Valerie gave him, and I absolutely love how it turned out.

Next,
I had to reorganize all the books that went on the shelves in his room.
 Lily and Derek were supposed to be helping, but were highly distracted
by all the fun books to read.

I
still need to do a few things, like refinish the bed frame for his bed,
buy his dresser and nightstand, and frame the pictures that I got to
hang up in there.  Plus a few more things, like a ceiling fan, lamp,
etc, etc.  It is really fun watching it transform from what it used to
be, and will be perfect for him to move in when he is one.
