So, I am almost caught up with my blogging, etc.  I finally posted about Lily and Derek, which I have been wanting to find the time for.  In fact, all I really have left is a post about Kevin's latest golfing adventure, but that might be another week to get finished.  I am working my way through a bunch of half finished projects, not being able to stand seeing them mocking me everywhere I turn.

In fact, I am still trying to finish up my home movies.  Only one tape left to go.  I had a big scare on Saturday when one of them would not upload.  The tape was broken, and I was just sick about it.  However, my amazing husband took it on, worked his magic, and somehow got it to work.  It took taking the whole thing apart and other stuff I don't even know.  I will be forever grateful!! 

We also got a new toy on Saturday – a Slingbox.  We went to Circuit City, since they are all going out of business, and looked around for deals.  Well, we found an awesome one, and it was something Kevin has wanted for as long as he knew they existed.  Now, he can watch our TV (DVR recorded shows included) on his laptop and PDA wherever he may be – even across the county!  So cool, and it will be perfect for when he has to go to training in a month.  (The only down side is that he can now change the channel on me at home, even if he is gone – he he!)

Well, I had better go – as this is a little bit of a boring post.  (All th good stuff is in the ones about the kids.)  Derek is downstairs playing with our neighbor Jordan, and I need to feed him lunch.  And I need to finish those home movies :).

PS.  I just remembered that I still haven't posted about our family pictures.  I guess I will have to get that post done sometime soon too :).
