I got tagged by my sister-in-law Shannon, and it is the coolest tag.  I was asked to take pictures of the following 10 things.  But there was a catch — no prepping, primping, or picking up.  The point is to see how these things/items/people exist in real life.  Take your camera and just go for it.  So here goes . . .

I have to admitt that I didn't take all of these pictures at one sitting, because I got the email about the tag late Sunday night, but I tried to keep them as true as possible :).

1. My Fridge – not too exciting, and truthfully, I hate this tiny little fridge, but it will have to do for another year or so until we can get out of this apartment :).

2. A Closet – this is my closet, although Kevin does keep his suits in here.  AS you can see, there is a reason why reorganizing my closet is on my "to do" list.

3. My Kitchen Sink – Another thing in this apartment that bothers me at times, but hey, at least there are no dishes in it right now.  And hey, someday maybe I will have my dream sink: deep, with a spray nosel, and a garbage disposal that didn't shake the kitchen - he he!

4. A Toilet – This is the one in the kid's bathroom, as you can see by the little potty next to it.  That has to do with my wishful thinking of getting Derek potty-trained this summer :).

5. My Favorite Shoes – I wear this pair of flip flops everyday, except for Sunday.  They are these special flip flops called Fit Flops, and they are not only SUPER comfortable, but they are supposed to help tone your legs while you wear them.  And since it is flip flop weather here 11 months of the year here, it is awesome to have found such amazing shoes.  (Oh, I wore these every day except one when we went to Disney World, and they were better than my tennis shoes.)

6. My Favorite Room – My bedroom.  It is usually the cleanest room in the house, and the prettiest room in the house, which makes it a haven if I ever need to escape from the chaos.  Plus, I love sleep, and I get very little of it, and so my super comfy bed is my favorite piece of furniture in the house :).

7. What My Kids Are Doing Right Now – How funny that I took this picture two days ago, but that they are doing the exact same thing as I type this.  I am so grateful for the time of night when they are sleeping, because it my only break.  They have so much energy, and it is the only time they stop moving.  I love watching them sleep too, because they are so sweet and peaceful.  It doesn't seem to matter what has happened during the day, looking at their little faces as they sleep completely melts me.

8. Laundry Pile – Monday is the day I usually do laundry, and so I had quite the pile to take a picture of.  This ammounted to 5 different loads.

9. Self Portrait – So not flattering, but I was trying to "keep it real," and since I didn't get it while I was still in my pj's, I took it in my workout clothes before my shower and make-up.  Please don't judge too harshly :).

10. Dream Vacation – To travel all over Europe, especially Germany, England, Italy, and France.  Sigh . . .
