Well, I need help deciding – especially since I was not nearly as happy with my results this field trip.  Maybe it is because I didn't have a good grasp on what we were really doing.  I don't know.  Our assignment was to work on stop action and blurred action.  The trickiest part was the lighting, and balancing it with what I wanted my shutter speed to be. I think I got a few good shots (and I included some other fun ones I took just because, like the flowers, which are obviously not what my assignment was), but you'll have to tell me what you think.  I might go and experiment some more, since she said we could :).  Here's the web album to see them though.

**The last two on the web album are my experiments with the panning technique she was teaching us :).  I also realized that every picture I take of my children is an action shot, because they NEVER stop moving, unless they are sleeping, of course :).

Your pics are great! I love how you can see each individual water droplet from the fountain. I am going to eventually have to take a photography class. Good Job!

I think the pictures are great! I wanted to say I really liked the picture of the tree with the bird in it. I’m pretty sure that was just a shot you took, but I really liked the image.

Good pictures, Lisa. What a fun class. I have always wanted to learn about shutter speed with water so I can get those really cool shots of water falls where the white water looks really soft. I like numbers 1 and 6 in your album. Those are really cool looking water shots. The pool pictures are good, too 🙂
