Today, we played.  I have been inspired by some of you to get out and play more with my children, and so we took advantage of our summer weather, and PLAYED!  Lily and Derek were overjoyed to be out in the sun and free. 

First we were out on our deck, but the neighbor kids invited Lily to play with them, so we all went downstairs and joined in on the fun.  Both the kids were so happy!!  Here are a few highlights (notice Derek's flip-flops – he he!) – and I had to include one of the baby turtles, although they might be hard to see.

PS.  I am really not trying to taunt all of you with the amazingly gorgeous weather we are having.  I feel bad that so many of you are having wrotten and normal winter weather.  Just remember, the invitation is always open to visit us :).
