Grandma Valerie sent Lily and I this cute foam craft, and so we spent Tuesday afternoon putting it together.  It was quite the adventure, but went together pretty well with some glue dots.  It was very fun, and a great way to get one on one time with Lily while Derek was napping.

We still have another section to  put together (the wisemen, angels, etc), but I have to gear up for adventure number 2 – it is crafting with a 3 yr old, which takes an enormous amount of patience :).  (Speaking of my girl, isn't her outfit fun – she has taken to dressing herself, which can be pretty interesting some days.)

Here is the finished product.  It turned out so nice!!
