I just love this picture!!  It captures so much that is Lily :).  We found these pink cowboy boots for her Halloween costume, but they matched her outfit so well, I had to let her wear them to church.  She absolutely loves them!  (I guess she is a girl after her dad's own heart when it comes to boots, but that's a whole other story . . .)

 Here is the other side of my "goofy" girl.  We have been having her wear her goggles in the bath and shower, so she can practice keeping them on her eyes for swimming lessons, but she decided to keep wearing them.  But that is only half of the story . . .

Then there is the tape measure, which she has always been obsessed with.   It started with Mary Poppins (She used to go around measuring everyone.), and continued with "Handy Manny," her new favorite show.  She is now measuring everything!!  She keeps telling me, "Maybe I need to measure the oven."  So funny!  Then I caught her measuring her goggles.  I guess the fun never stops at our house :).
