I absolutely love General Conference weekend!  I love getting to hear the prophet speak, and all the other apostles.  I love how it gets me energized and centered, so that I can refocus my priorities and be a better person.  This conference was especially wonderful (I think I say that every time.), and I felt like they were speaking directly to me.  If you didn't have a chance to listen, I highly suggest that you check it out. 

This weekend was made even better, because we just had Dish Network installed, and so now we have BYU TV, which meant we got to watch conference from the comfort of home – definitely easier when you have small children.   On Saturday, we had the missionaries over to watch with us, and on Sunday I had my new friend Amber over (her husband was gone doing training for the Army).  It was nice o be able to share the experience.

To keep Lily occupied, Kevin got out his Yoda Lego set, and they put it together.  It was so fun to watch them do it, especially when I caught Lily throwing pieces inside Yoda's body – he he! 

We also had a yummy banana cake, which Derek got to have his first taste of.  All in all, it was a wonderful weekend.
