Well, that silly boy of mine is at it again.  He is trying his best to walk, and although it may take another month or two to master, that would still mean he would be walking at 10 months.  Craziness!  His newest skill is standing up in the middle of the room.  I still haven't seen him take a step, but Kevin swears he did it when I was I the shower the other night.  So, I am getting ready for a whole new round of adventures, and hoping that he might just hold off a little while longer.  We'll see . . .

Oh how cute! I’m sure he’ll be up and running in no time!
On another note, I noticed your mention of the Savannah candy place… my grandma’s side of the family is from there ( west Savannah) and we do a TON of family reuinons there : ) Love that city! And that candy place is delicious! I think Savannah is one of America’s best kept secrets, good thing for the paper mill smell because if it wasn’t there- everyone would relocate!

My oldest walked at 9 1/2 months. Once they start, they never stop! Good job for him though. I’m sure that with how fast he has been catching on to things, you won’t have to wait two months for those first steps…maybe next week??

Bailey walked by 9 1/2 months too, and Zach started walking on the day he turned 11 month (which also happened to be Mother’s Day, kinda special) Both of them were busy little boys, and I suspected that they would be early walkers. I bet Derek will be all over the place in no time…are you ready?!
