I thought I would post a few pictures from Lily's real birthday and our family party.  We had a great time.  She got to eat her "square pancakes" for dinner, just like she wanted – and since I didn't want to make a second cake, I just put candles in it for her to blow out. 

She got some fun things, including the new Lilly book and Pigeon book, cute clothes for her doll, a tiara, and some games (Candyland, Chutes and Ladders, High Ho Cherry O, and Memory – it was a 4 pack).  The best part of the night was playing her first game of Candyland with her.  She was so cute, and would try and "rescue me" every time I got stuck on a sticky space.
